Why our Teeth Becomes Yellow? How do we take care?

There are a variety of causes for yellow teeth. These are a few typical reasons:

Poor oral hygiene: If you don’t clean or floss your teeth frequently, plaque can build up and make your teeth appear yellow.

Age: As you become older, the enamel on your teeth peels away, exposing the dentin’s underlying, naturally yellow tint.

Eating foods and beverages : with a lot of pigment, like coffee, tea, red wine, and dark-colored fruit, might eventually stain your teeth.

Use of tobacco: Chewing or smoking tobacco can make teeth yellow.

To avoid Yellow Teeth we can take the following step:-

Use fluoride toothpaste to brush your teeth at least twice daily.

At least once per day, floss your teeth.

Avoid eating or drinking too much of anything that can discolour your teeth.

Give up using tobacco products or smoking.

Get frequent cleanings and exams for your teeth.

If your teeth are already yellow or stained, think about using a whitening toothpaste or getting a professional teeth-whitening procedure.

Although there are numerous over-the-counter teeth whitening treatments available, it is best to speak with your dentist before using them to be sure they are secure and suitable for your specific needs.
